Your Mission

Build Handsontable’s enterprise growth engine. You will lead our land-and-expand motion across our products (Handsontable and HyperFormula), working closely with the CEO to win strategic accounts, grow existing customers, and make revenue more predictable and repeatable.

For the right person, this role can grow into broader revenue leadership over time.



What you will own

  • SMB and Enterprise revenue across new business, renewals, and expansion
  • Playbooks for landing, renewing, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, reporting, and RevOps
  • Modernizing the GTM stack, including practical AI workflows that improve prospecting, account research, forecasting, and expansion
  • ICP, positioning, and go-to-market with Product and Marketing
  • Hiring, coaching, and raising the bar for the team



What success looks like in 12 months

  • A real land-and-expand motion is in place, with stronger net revenue retention
  • Enterprise ARPA is up through better expansion, cross-sell, and pricing discipline
  • HyperFormula is a meaningful second growth engine and a double-digit share of new ARR
  • The team operates with more rigor and less founder dependency, with 1–2 people ready to take management position and own major parts of the revenue motion
  • The GTM stack is cleaner, more automated, and better used, with AI improving productivity and execution speed



About you

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, including experience leading enterprise sales, growth, or revenue teams
  • A track record of building or scaling land-and-expand motions and improving NRR, ARPA, expansion revenue, or multi-product adoption
  • Hands-on with playbooks, forecasting, CRM hygiene, RevOps, and using data to drive action
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of product-led adoption and enterprise sales
  • Practical about AI and automation, and able to turn them into better GTM execution
  • Strong cross-functional partner to the CEO, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and building accountability
  • Clear English (C1+) and comfortable operating in a US-focused market
  • Based in Poland or elsewhere in the EU/EEA/Switzerland, with the right to work from your location
  • Motivated by the opportunity to grow into broader revenue leadership over time

Recruitment process

  1. Introductory call with Talent Acquisition - 30 min
    An introductory conversation about the opportunity at Handsoncode.

  2. Conversation with the CEO - 60 min
    A discussion about our company, products, vision, culture, and what success in this role could look like.

  3. Commercial Leadership & Track Record Interview -  90 min
    Deep dive into your previous responsibilities, leadership experience, and commercial outcomes.

  4. Panel presentation - 120 min
    A presentation and Q&A with senior leaders on your initial 90-day and 12-month plan for leading the Land & Expand transition.

  5. Reference checks
    Conversations with selected references to better understand your leadership style, impact, and fit.

 

For the right candidate, compensation will be tailored based on experience, and overall fit for the role. As a guideline, we expect the package to be in the range of 150-280k EUR OTE. We will also discuss a performance-based equity component as part of the overall package, aligned with the long-term value creation expected from the role.
